From understanding the admission process, reserving premier birthing suites, to touring the labor rooms and descriptions of test your physician may order, you will be prepared to make an easy transition from your home to the hospital. Infant CPR Classes

Pre/Post Natal Land & Water Aerobics

These pre and post natal exercise classes held at the Decatur YMCA focus on strengthening muscles that often get weak in pregnancy and stretching muscles that get tight as a pregnant woman's posture changes. The land aerobics class meets on Mondays and Wednesdays and the water aerobics on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
